What's interesting is that my intro was very similar. I had heard some of the early stuff, but it was that I Will Dare 12" that turned me into a fanatic. I actually travelled down to KC for the show last Friday. It was possibly the best of all the solo shows I've seen (11). And we got to meet him afterwards. As long as I'm writing, I must thank you for inspiring me to buy the recent Bettie Serveert albums. I not only bought the latest, but I managed to also find the one you recommended (whose title escapes me right now) in the used bin. Thanks for the ‘mats story…keep ‘em coming.
